Last week’s Bonus Round answer: “Pancho and Lefty” (original title) was written and performed by the great Townes Van Zandt. Many of the numerous covers of the song were performed as “Poncho and Lefty” (listed as an alternate title by ASCAP).

Tomorrow’s post will be a a little different: a bit of potpourri about songwriter TVZ, and how it’s easy to get a bit crazy about “stuff” when you’re starting something new. For example, I get these emails:
