Rando Not Lyric: (Ed. I think we'll catch up with this next week... Thanks!)
Last week’s rando lyric: The lyric, “We’ll walk the night” is from the song “Moonlighting”, written by Lee Holdridge & Al Jarreau. and performed by Al Jarreau in 1986. It was released in 1987 and recorded at Skyline Studios, New York.
Produced by Nile Rodgers.

Welcome to The Regular Friday post!
A little late, and a little brief today - as I mentioned in yesterday’s Music Theory repost (Link: Thursday Music Theory) I tangled with the new cat I sorta rescued after a neighbor had caught her. Went to vet, shots, sleepy cat, cat woke up and decided she would like to be somewhere else, wild chase ensued, I got bit. I’m mending, antibiotics, etc. Cat’s coming around slowly - she’s (rightly) scared. It’ll be ok.

Some Stuff:

A Song To Play:
…have fun!!
From Chordify
From Genius
[Intro]
Mmm, ooh
Ooh, ooh
Don’t you change
[Verse 1]
Some walk by night
Some fly by day
Nothing could change you
Set and sure of the way
Charming and bright
Laughing and gay
I’m just a stranger
Love the blues and the Braves
[Bridge]
There is the sun and moon
They sing their own sweet tune
Watch them when dawn is due
Sharing one space
[Verse 2]
Some walk by night
Some fly by day
Something is sweeter
When you meet ‘long the way
[Verse 3]
Come walk the night
Come fly by day
Something is sweeter
‘Cause we met ‘long the way
We’ll walk the night
We’ll fly by day
Moonlighting strangers
Who just met on the way
[Outro]
Who just met on the way
Who just met on the way

Mercy....such drama! Well, I certainly hope you feel better soon (and heal soon), Michael! And, I really hope Miss Thing warms to her surroundings, and finds you and (even) Mika warm and comforting to be around! Have a restful weekend!
