I think maybe more in an “folk/indie” category - female voice somewhat reminiscent of Dolores O'Riordan from the Cranberries, or Melanie from way back in the day. More of a one-off artist, not a pop singer or band vocalist, more poetic (though I don’t know if she wrote the song, but I kinda think so).
